Palm oil is a widely used and widely used vegetable oil that comes from the fruit of the oil palm tree. There are two types of palm oil: red palm oil and white palm oil. Red palm oil is extracted from the outer pulp of the palm fruit and is mainly used for food, while white palm oil is extracted from the inner kernel of the palm fruit and is mainly used as an industrial oil.

The process of extracting red palm oil using a small palm oil press begins with fresh palm fruit heads picked from the palm tree. These fruit heads usually weigh 10 to 20 kilograms and are cooked at high temperatures to soften the fruit. After cooking, the palm fruit is threshed and the pulp is separated from the unbroken fruit. The heated palm fruit is then put into the palm oil press along with water and pomace, and red palm oil is obtained after separation.
