1.Main engine:Main engine includes base, upright, top plate, oil drip pan nut and so on , it is one of the main parts. Firstly the oil material is put into the assembly of the press boring ,then it being droved up by the oil cylinder piston ,oil will outflow from the gap of press boring ,and then pass the oil drip pan to the drum for oil storage.
2.Hydraulic System :Hydraulic system is the main power force of this machine, it includes transmission shaft, turbine, worm gear, gear pump, high pressure pump, overflow valve; super high pressure safety valve; hand-operated valve; seamless steel tube; pipeline connect and other spare parts. This machine adopts the advanced power pack of the world, and compared with two plunger pump, it is faster , higher pressure and can resist higher temperature, it can continue working when the oil temperature is above 65 but needn’t cooling unit.

How does a hydraulic oil press operate?
Step 1: Before operation, clean the fuel tank, inject enough clean hydraulic oil, check whether the bolts are loose, and check whether the circuit is well connected. Then preheat, 50-70℃ in summer and autumn, 70-90℃ in winter and spring. Run for 1-2 minutes at the end. When the oil thickens in winter and spring, run for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: Drain the fumes from the cooked oil seeds, put them into the basket, and then put mats and partitions on them.
Step 3: Lift the manual valve handle, open and press it. Someone must be present when the main unit is pressurized. Stop when reaching 55Mpa.
Step 4: When the pressure drops to 45MPa, the electronic control system automatically starts and the pressure rises. When no oil oozes out, pressing is complete.
Step 5: Shut down the machine and press down on the winch handle to move the squeezing groove 10mm away. Then lift the handle and open the top panel.
Step 6: Turn on the machine and the oil cake will rise, making the top plate more than 5mm higher. Then turn off the machine and take out the isolation board, mat and oil cake.
Step 7: Press the handle down, the plunger descends, and start the second press.
