The palm oil production line is used to extract crude palm oil from palm fruits to obtain palm oil with high oil rate. Palm oil crushing production line, also known as palm oil extraction machine, is used in palm oil mill or palm oil crushing plant to produce palm oil efficiently. Palm oil production line can be divided into palm fruit bunches reception, sterilization, threshing, digesting and pressing, oil clarification, and storage.

1. Palm Fruit/Bunch Reception: Palm fruit bunches are transported by truck, weighed by a weighbridge, and then transported to the palm fruit bunch receiving station.

2. Palm Fruit Sterilization: In the sterilization equipment, 0.3MPa steam is used to cook the palm fruit bunches at high temperature to destroy the lipase in the pulp, thereby avoiding an increase in the content of free fatty acids in the oil. Moreover, palm fruits are soft and easy to mechanically thresh.

3. Palm Fruit Threshing: Palm fruits account for about 60% of palm fruit bunches. After threshing, the palm fruits are separated from the palm fruit bunches.

4. Palm Fruit Crushing and Pressing: Cooking can separate the pulp from the nuts and crush the pulp tissue to facilitate squeezing out the oil. The palm oil is then pressed using a double screw palm oil press.

5.Fiber, Cake, Shell and Kernel Separation:The extrued fiber pie enters air separation system after crushed to get separation of fibers and cores.Crusher divided fruit core into palm kernel and shell after separated with fiber. Air separation and washing systems separate palm kernels and shells. Shells enters boiler system as fuel, and palm kernels are storage after drying.

6. Palm Oil Clarification: Use a vibrating screen to remove solid impurities in the crude oil, then transport it to the crude oil clarification tank for sedimentation, and finally filter it with a plate filter.

7. Palm Oil Storage: The clarified crude oil is transported to crude oil storage tanks. Crude palm oil can be consumed directly or can be further refined into RBD palm oil.
