How to press sunflower oil?

The sunflower seed oil press extracts oil through the extrusion of a screw shaft. Maintenance tips

1. The oil cup must not be short of oil. When adjusting the screw shaft of the sunflower oil extraction machine, the bearing inside the screw shaft should be filled with grease. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
2. Check the sunflower oil reducer gearbox every year.
3. When the amount of oil squeezed decreases, or the oil cake and sunflower oil are abnormal, the screw shaft should be checked and wearing parts should be replaced in time.
4. After using the screw oil press, the surface of the machine should be cleaned.
5. If long-term storage is required, the machine should be placed in a dry place.
